Brenda,
I just wanted to let you know I received the coat I ordered for my Mini pin and it fits wonderful. It is so much easier and quicker to put on her. You do wonderful work. I do have one question. I do not use a regular collar on her, I use a harness. Is it possible to have a small slit made in the top of a coat to be able to connect a leash to the harness instead of having to go under the whole coat. I hope this makes sense. Let me know because I would like to order her another one.

Yes I can, It's not a problem to add a slit at the top.
Any 'special' requests can be added in the 'comment box' at the bottom of the online order form.

Thank you

Dear Brenda,
Just wanted to let you know that we are just as happy with our third polar fleece horse cooler as the first. Your designs and fabric are of the best quality, and they are extremely durable. Wherever we go, if the horses have one of your coolers on, we always get tons of questions and admirers.
I use the coolers in our stock trailer in the winter, after competitive rides to keep the horses from getting chilled, and to dry out a wet horse after training. I've even wrapped myself up in one when I was too cold! They work beautifully in each of these circumstances, and come out of the washer and dryer looking brand new.
I cannot say enough about how excellent they are! Thanks for your good work and terrific coolers!

Dear Brenda,

The package with the coats was waiting for me yesterday, so they arrived sooner than expected. They are magnificent and we are delighted. Not only are the materials and workmanship superb, but the fit is great. The extra room you thoughtfully left will give him room to grow. They are so much warmer and more comfortable than what he was wearing that we have one happy puppy.

I've recommended you to various people who've admired our puppy's coat when we walk him in Manhattan. We once even met a woman (with her young daughter) who was already your customer: first her horse, then her dog. She thought she recognized your label.

Regards,
Robert Klein

I just wanted to thank Brenda so much for going above and beyond the call of duty in making my horse Robin's blanket. Your measurements were great and the tailored fit is impeccable. As with many Friesian horses, his shoulders and hind quarters are very broad. Careful attention must be paid in designing a blanket that fits just right.

No other blanket has ever fit so well. Your thoughtfulness, professionalism and promptness is to be commended! Your blankets are a work of art. They are warm, good-looking and wash great too!

Thanks so much! Jannie Giles

Hello, Great Dane

I can't tell you enough how much I love the dog coat you made for my Great Dane. She wears it when she goes for dog walks, the wind and the rain doesn't bother her a bit. Normally the rain would make her run for cover. My Great Danes hate to get wet. When we are out at the barn with the horses she stay warm even though the barn is freezing. When we go for car rides and run errands she doesn't get chilled while she waits for me in the car.

It is just wonderful and it fits beautifully. I love it!, I love it! ,I love it! Thanks again.

Hi Brenda,

Merry's new coat arrived today. You did a really great job and really exceeded my expectations. This is the nicest dog coat I've ever seen! It is so hard to find anything that even comes close to really fitting mini dachshunds but this fits her like a glove. Tomorrow it's supposed to get pretty cold and I'm actually looking forward to it so she can wear it out. I may even have to take her to Pet's Mart just so she can show it off !! Thanks so much!

Brenda,

I recieved the red and black coat for my very cold Great Dane. She looks great in it, and she loves wearing it. She wore it today on a 3 mi walk and she was much more comfortable than she has been in the cold temperatures in the past. The coat is beautiful, and it fits perfectly. It was definitely worth the wait. You did a fantastic job.

Sincerely,

Hello Brenda,

Here are two photos of our dogs with your coats. The coats arrived just in time for our first winter storm on 2 January 2004.

The temperatures here in Washington State normally do not get into the teens for more than a couple days at a time; but this time it stayed cold for quite a while. When we tell the dogs to come and get their coats on, they come running.

I have to compliment you on the fitting of the coat for Angus, our male dog. The way the coat is cut, or the position of the Velcro strap has kept him dry during the times he has gone to the bathroom.

Kerrenza (the floppy eared one) and Angus are happy with their coats.

Thank you,

Brenda,

Good morning! The jackets arrived yesterday. Senator and Sabrina now look like police SWAT dogs with bullet proof vests :). All kidding aside, not only do the coats look great they fit perfectly (I didn't even need to adjust the straps for Senator's sursingles). Your pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail is very apparent in the product you produce.

Given the opportunity we will gladly direct others to your company for both the canine and equine coats. I wish I had a digital camera to send a photo of our two "children" proudly showing off their new jackets, they look great!

It has been a pleasure to work you.

Many thanks,

Just a brief note - thank you for the wonderful job you did sewing the coats for "the kids". We are crazy about them! They don't mind putting them on and in fact they act rather confident and sporty in their new attire. The coats are so well lined, they just long to stay outside and rumble - Bonnie and Clyde in disguise. Don't let the angelic look fool you!

Jumping at their first opportunity to come indoors during subzero weather doesn't exist any longer. However, I (the true alpha dog in this household ) have to put my foot down on those frigid NH days. In doing so they reluctantly make their way to the back door. With some additional couching, they shuffle in with their drooped eyes and heads and their cold, wet, runny noses with a facial expression that communicates their immediate thought...we will if we have to. Very amusing duo

Be well my friend,
