Just another big thank you for our Bruno's fancy new coat. The weather has been really cold recently which made us all happy as it meant he could wear it more often!!!!

We are thinking of putting some numbers on his coat as everybody keeps pointing out the similarities with him and a race horse!! When it has been raining all we have to do now is dry his head and feet.

Hi Brenda,

The coats arrived on Friday and today (Sunday) we've gotten 6 inches of snow. The coats fit perfectly and the kids love them. A woman saw us going through the snow and she commented that they looked nice and warm in their coats because they were prancing along and looking really happy.

I can't thank you enough for all the time you took in working with me on the sizing. They couldn't have fit any better even if you had the pups there in person for fittings. Lily has never liked coats and sweaters but she loves this one and I think that's because it fits so well. So if she could tell you herself I'm sure she'd say she appreciates her new super warm coat that fits her like a glove.

My dog walker has asked about the coats ever since I ordered them as she has a few other pups she thought might like them. So I'm going to give your card once I get the info in to my Outlook Contacts page.

One last thing and that's the check you sent me. I hadn't realized I overpaid and you're a very honest person to have sent me the extra money back. I am going to return it to you though simply because of how much time you spent with me to get the measurements correct and because of the high quality of the coats. It's nice to deal with someone that takes pride in their work and is an honest businessperson as well. So keep an eye out for it later this week.

Just to let you know, I absolutely love Kimba's coat. She looks great in it, although I might be a bit bias. It fits superbly and she likes to have it on. I think I certainly made the right choice not having it double lined.

We have hardly even had a frost this winter. I have had lots of people asking about it and many good comments.

The dogs blanket coats came just in time for this freezing weather. Luna has such short hair and no body fat so she hates the cold. The day before the coats came we had to take a shortcut back home because of Luna. She was freezing. I just wanted to say how very pleased we are with Reb's coat. Not only did it arrive earlier than expected (was quoted 4-6 weeks, and it took under four - amazing, especially considering the busy holiday season), but the coat is AWESOME - we love it!

The craftsmanship is excellent -- it is so sturdy and strong -- and that, coupled with the fact that the straps are adjustable, lead us to believe Reb will never need another coat. The fit is just right, and the color looks beautiful on him - we think he looks pretty sharp in it!

Also, we appreciated the emails from you to ensure a proper measurement and fit, the notice that it was shipping, and the follow up to say that you were willing to make adjustments, if necessary (none were necessary), and that you backed it up with a two-week return policy.

We are so glad we went to Horse Creations (we heard about you through Karen M. from MA, who owns Goliath, the Great Dane) for a custom-made/fitted coat for Reb. It turned out to be a great choice -- Reb has a very slender build for a Great Dane, and he's pretty tall/leggy, and so he really needed a custom coat made to replace the old one we had for him (that we had to "doctor up" like crazy), and it did not have the waterproof outer shell that this one does. This is really the perfect coat for him, and we are very, very happy with it -- we're glad he'll be warm and dry while he's romping around in this New England weather.

I got the coat on Friday. It fits absolutely perfectly! It covers everything that should be covered, especially his haunches. It poured rain Friday and he wore it to go out just to use the bathroom and he seemed to like the way it felt. He did not try to get it off, which I fully expected him to try to do!

You make a BEAUTIFUL dog coat. I was impressed with the rugged (and waterproof) extrerior and the soft plush interior. These are clearly made to last and a fantastic value. Your well-made dog coat is a quality product and I will be ordering one for my female dog, Tara, after the holidays. I used Toby, my male dog as a guinea pig! Now I wish I had ordered them at the same time, but you win some you lose some.

Your dog coat puts Lands End's dog coat to shame. I'm glad I decided to check Horse Creations out and order a coat. Tara is next...for a dog coat.

As you know, Mighty Mite is the star of " The Dog Who Couldn't Wag His Tail," an illustrated childrens story book. It tells the true story of his rescue and the recovery. The excessive neglect and horrifying mange he suffered left him completely bald on the bottom half of his body..

You personal effort to build him a "chest protector " to cover the exposed skin under his chest and belly was truly a gift.. It means he can now go out and romp safely in the snow and cold.

Here is a photo of Aries with his new coat.

It arrived on the first of November just in time for the weather to fall below zero and about 10 inches of snowfall over the past couple of weeks. He has never worn a coat before so I was alittle apprehensive about how he would react.

He was leaning against my leg maybe a little nervous as I was putting the coat on him I stepped away from him to admire it, and he fell over on the floor I have to admit I laughed. The funny stuff always happens when you don't have a video camera on hand.

I said "outside" and he jumped up and ran to the door, he now looks forward to putting his coat on to go out. The coat doesn't interfere with his favorite pastime playtime.

The coat is made out of quality material helping him stay warm and dry. Thank you not only for a very beautiful coat but also for your patience with me and all your efforts in making sure the coat would be a perfect fit.

I'll send more pictures when Ace gets her coat, she has been jealous of Aries and she is ready for her own.

Hi Brenda,

Johann my Pug has never been able to wear a coat! He is size 20 but has a fat belly, so coats which fit him in length are always too tight around the belly.

Coats that fit him around the belly are always too long and cover his tail and pee-pee, making it impossible for him to go to the bathroom.

Solution? YOUR coat!! It is wonderful. All of the Pug people in my neighborhood in New York city are going to order one, my Mother included. Now I can take Johann on long walks and not feel guilty because he is freezing.

Your coat is superior quality, fits him to a tee, has a little cut-out for his "pug" tail, and fits his thick neck.
And.....it is the same price as the coats in the dog stores.

We received Chip's coat yesterday and we really love it--Chip does too! He was very cooperative when we "dressed" him--much better than when we put his store-bought raincoat on with the velcro closure that is on the bottom and the elastic loop his tail has to go through. Now we don't need the raincoat anymore--we cut off the hood of the raincoat and will put it on him along with the coat you made for him when it rains.

We're going down to the shore tomorrow for a few days and it's supposed to rain on Saturday and Sunday, so now we're all prepared! Thank you so much--everything is absolutely perfect and we will recommend you to our vet and other pet owners we know. The coat was well worth waiting for! Have a wonderful happy and healthy year!

Lexie’s new dog coat arrived today and it’s a perfect fit. Well worth the wait. The weather hasn’t been too cold and she is a hardy Springer Spaniel so the need for it hasn’t been great. I’m thinking in terms of the days when she is less active (if that ever happens) and needs more insulation, then the coat will be worn regularly. Right now it’ll be great for those frigid days when she can convince me to take her for a walk.

We received Chance's new coat yesterday, and I am thrilled! Since doberman's have such deep chests and skinny tummies, store bought jackets never seem to fit right. Your jacket fits him so well and it just looks amazing!

When we went for our morning walk earlier today, it was an awful morning: windy, rainy, cold, and pitch black outside. Under normal circumstances Chance would have been running back to the house, but today -thanks to his new double-lined coat- he was quite content to walk around the entire block.

I have the blanket stretched across my couch and it is wonderful! I can't tell you how pleased I am with both the material and workmanship. Thank you, so much for all your time and trouble.

Our "boy" is a field pony and would never been comfortable in one of those 'sleeping blanket'things we found in the stores around here. The only problem now is, we are about to adopt another horse who will come with her own blanket and I'm not going to be satisfied with anything less than one of yours. So don't be surprised if we start this whole thing all over again...

Wintertime here in Michigan & I am finally getting a picture of Zak & his wonderful coat you made for him. I have given up trying to get one of him & the doxie together.

The coats are warm & easy to care for & both boys willingly put them on. Zak took his for a swim last week, before the Lake started to freeze, so it was into the washing machine when we got back home. I cannot say enough about your workmanship,

The dog coats arrived on Tuesday and they are absolutely precious. They fit well, and most of all, the dogs don't seem to mind them on their walk. In fact, I think they actually like them for a change. (They can get very fussy about coats/sweaters that don't fit!) We've had two walks with the coats on just to make sure there were no issues that didn't suit them or that they didn't rub in a certain spot, but they seem to enjoy them with no problems or restrictions.
